This beautiful, sunny apartment is located in the center of Split. It is positioned only 5 minutes walking distance from the sea (the nearest beach), 10 minutes walking distance from all the clubs and restaurants on the popular Bačvice beach and only 15 minutes walking distance from the town center and Riva. The object is very sunny, because the apartment south-oriented. It is very cosy and with a cheerful décor, offers a special summer atmosphere ... The facility is consisted of : a living room, kitchen, three bedrooms (for max. 5 persons), two bathrooms and a sunny terrace overlooking the sea. At a distance of 20 meters from the building there is a bus station of public transportation from which you can reach any part of the city. Although, the apartment has a perfect location from which you can go by foot everywhere. Also,in the building there is a grocery store, bakery, pharmacy, drugstore, beauty salons, etc.
