Description
Newly renovated apartment is located very close (3 minutes walk) to the UNESCO world heritage site - the Diocletians Palace.
The apartment size is cca 54m2 and is on the first floor of an old house located in an old part of Split called Manuš. Very comfortable, easy access, completely restored with new interior furnishing and decorating. It has 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with two single beds) with sweet bathroom, and also separate living room with nice kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge, deep freezer, stove, oven, toaster and all the needed cooking utensils. The bathroom has the bath shower.
Wi-Fi Internet access, clean bed linen and towels and city tax are all included in the price.
It is also a perfect base-point from which you can do every city or island-trip you can imagine! Important city points and other locations and stores convenient to any traveler are very near the apartment: the seafront 600m, bus terminal 800m, sandy beach 'Bacvice' 1100m, ferry terminal 900m, ambulance 100m, pharmacy200m, grocery store 100m.
Various restaurants (wine cellars, pizzerias, seafood etc.), cafes and an open market 'Pazar' are also nearby -approximately 400-500m.

Neighborhood
Split is a city and port in Central Dalmatia, Croatia; population 178.192. Situated on a peninsula between the eastern part of the Gulf of Kaštela and the Split Channel.
A hill, Marjan (a Forest Park), rises in the western part of the peninsula. Split has the Mediterranean climate: hot dry summers and mild, humid winters. It is one of the sunniest places in Europe.
Split also has many cultural and educational institutions and schools: University of Split, the theatre, museums, galleries, institutes. During summer, cultural and entertainment offer is very rich. During that period city squares, yards and other areas turn into a large open-air stage. And there is something for every traveler. - The Split Summer, a traditional festival includes dramas, operas and concerts. Split also hosts pop-music events, electronic (Ultra music festival) and folklore shows, the folk feast Day of Radunica and many others.
Split has several marinas and offers a variety of restaurants and wine cellars with local special dishes There are many beaches and public beaches in the city and its surroundings, the most popular of them being Bačvice - a sand beach almost in the very heart of the town.

Policies
If we are available at the time of your arrival, we will pick you up at the scheduled place to show you the way to our apartment.
Bed linen and towels are delivered in the weekly change, towels (1 large, 1 small/per person and week). We are also very flexible about that .
Switch off the lights and all electrical appliances (TV, air condition...)when you're not at home.
If you are planing to stay whole day out it is very important to close all windows because of rain and saftey.
Smoking is allowed only on the window or in front of the main door .
Please be careful, and try not to damage our apartment - we really love it :)
