Description
Traditional stone house Lucija is situated in village Mimice Medici in the middle of Dalmatia between Split and Makarska House is made in year 1918 but completely renovated in 2009 using natural materials like stone and wood.
Situated on the hill with magnificent view on the Adriatic sea and island Brac. Private path leads to the pebble beach surrounded by pine trees of fantastic fragrance. Beach is suitable for the children and the sea is very clean.There are two floors with 104 square meters of living space. On the first floor there is living room and fully equipped kitchen made from brick and granite. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms for 6 people and 2 bathrooms. The whole house is air-conditioned.
In front of the house is big terrace with barbecue. Also outdoor shower.
Parking is also in front of the house, second parking is above the beach on the main road.
There is a pentry on the beach for things you use an the beach and don't want to carry them back to the house.
