Orebic is a small town situated at the foot of the highest peak of Peljesac peninsula, St. Elias, with a view at Peljesac Channel and Korcula island, just 15 minutes by boat. Orebic is already recognized as an attractive tourist destination for South Dalmatia, and thus possesses all the attributes necessary for the overall travel experience. The rich maritime history of Orebic has been preserved in museums and local architecture, which makes Orebic justifiably named Cradle captain.
