Directions

Medici is located about 30 kilometers east of Split and about 25 km west of Makarska. They are located on the Adriatic Highway, close to the sea.

If arriving by highway there are two options:
- Get off the highway at the exit for the city of Split, and drive for about 50 km. After
passing the town of Omiš continue for another 11 kilometers.
- Get off the motorway at junction Šestanovac, follow the sign for the town of Omiš and
drive another 20 kilometers.

Neighborhood

Medici are small tourist and fisherman village near Mimice and Omis in the heart of Dalmatian coast in Croatia. If you want to escape from traffic jams you've found the right place. But because of the vicinity of major cities (Split 30 km to the east, and Makarska 25 km to the west) is very easy to go sightseeing or a night out.

In Medici you can find a lots of beautiful pebble beaches, the large ones with the caffe bars, or small and hidden ones. And crystal clean blue sea is ideal for swimming and diving, and if you search you can find an old sunken ship in pretty shallow sea!

Medici are surrounded by pine trees and olive trees that provide wonderful smells in the air, and because of the abundance of beautiful pebbly beaches you will guaranteed spend a unforgettable summer holidays in our small village.
