Maruzin apartments are located in a family house in the village of Sandy Bay, near Pula. The hotel offers two spacious apartments - one to accommodate 4 - 6 people, and the other for 6 - 8 people. The house is surrounded by greenery and is located at 5 minutes walk from the sea.
This appartments, for 6 - 8 people, occupies the entire first floor of the house. The 110 m2 indoor space there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen. In each of the three rooms is a double bed and an extra bed for two persons in the living room. In one bathroom there is a bathtub, shower in another. Extends along the entire apartment is a large terrace where there are a large table and chairs. On the other side of the apartment there is an outdoor terrace surrounded by greenery, where you can spend pleasant afternoons and evenings, perfect for grilling and divertissement.
The apartment is fully equipped - including a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, washing machine, satellite TV, air conditioning. There is private parking.
