This spacious apartment is overlooking Split and is located in the very heart of Dalmatia. Situated in an extremely nice and charming local place with its unique charm and temperament, it has a large Mediterranean garden and a wonderful view of the Sea and surrounding islands.

THE SPACE

This apartment is enchanting, gorgeous, spacious, and is located on the ground floor with 120 m² of living space. It is situated in the heart of middle Dalmatia between Split and Trogir near the Adriatic Sea. It is a peaceful and quiet accommodation with no direct neighbours and large Mediterranean garden. You would enjoy a wonderful view. Terrace and balcony overlook the sea, Split and the nearby islands Brac, Hvar and Čiovo. This is the right place for those who want to enjoy the Mediterranean climate surrounded by peace and quiet with no other guests around.

INTERIOR

This unique apartment can accommodate up to 12 persons and has 4 separate bedrooms with 2 double beds, 4 single beds and 4 extra beds, if necessary. There are 2 bathrooms with 2 toilets, 2 hot showers and a bath tub - towels and bed linen at your disposal. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, fridge and freezer, gas cooker, stove, electric kettle and a microwave. There is an air-conditioned large living room with a comfortable sofa, armchairs and a TV set. Internet flat rate access (WLAN) is also available. You have a separate dining area with table and chairs.

EXTERIOR

Outside there are four free private parking spaces available - very easy to park. You can relax on the terrace which is equipped with garden furniture and surrounded by a large Mediterranean garden with a size of 2000 m².

GUEST ACCESS

The apartment is only 1000 meters from 2 local beaches and 1000 meters from the old town centre with bank, postal office, ambulance, Marina Kaštela and big shopping centres. You can visit three UNESCO towns nearby. Split and Trogir are only ten and twenty minutes away, while to visit Šibenik you need one hour by car. There are 3 large shopping places nearby (Getro, Lidl, Interspar) and you will find that restaurants offer Croatian domestic food at favourable prices.

SPLIT

My place overlooks Split across the Adriatic Sea, which is the largest city in Dalmatia, with an area of 79.33 km ² and 200,000 inhabitants, and the second largest in Croatia. Split, however, does not impress with its size, but overtakes its lively spirit. When you get to know 'Split state of mind', you may believe that this time lighter leaks due calmness of local people and the crowds in the streets, squares and cafes. Split is also one of the oldest cities in the area- it is traditionally considered just over 1,700 years old. The core of Split brings something interesting on every corner; it is filled with culture and sights. Combined with clean sea, beautiful Marijan nature park, lovely bars and cafes, sun that is always shining, Split will be, I am sure.... great experience!

TROGIR

Trogir is just 16 km away from my place and it has 2300 years of continuous urban tradition. Trogir has a high concentration of palaces, churches, and towers, as well as a fortress on a small island, and in 1997 was inscribed in the UNESCO World Heritage List. Trogir is the best-preserved Romanesque-Gothic complex not only in the Adriatic, but in all of Central Europe. Trogir's medieval core, surrounded by walls, comprises a preserved castle and tower and a series of dwellings and palaces from the Romanesque, Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque periods. Trogir's grandest building is the church of St. Lawrence, whose main west portal is a masterpiece by Radovan, and the most significant work of the Romanesque-Gothic style in Croatia.

GETTING AROUND

My neighbourhood is ideal if you want to be situated near all the major places in Dalmatia and also still enjoy your peace and quiet during the night. Also, if you need to go anywhere out of Kaštela, bus station is only 3 minutes away and you can easily get anywhere you want. Local bus number 2 is only 400m away and needs just 20 minutes to reach Split. Also, if you use local bus number 37, you would need about 25 minutes to reach Trogir. If you arrive by plane, I can offer you transportation from the airport directly to my place-optional.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

The apartment is nice, affordable and does not fit into any particular accommodation setting. Whatever the purpose of your stay is, one thing is definite - it is your home away from home.
