„DA Svet VRBIK“ serviced apartment is good-sized, functional and comfortable, beautifully designed, with a beautiful view on the park and located within easy reach of the Old Lower Town and main tourist attractions (10 to 15 min walking). It has a charming homely atmosphere and it is a great alternative for the visitors who prefer homes instead of hotels.
It is in the residential condominium immersed in a beautiful park. It is on the third floor, it is facing the east and it is full of light all the time. It is located in the business center of Zagreb but in the quiet and safe neighborhood.
To the Old Lower Town you have just 10 to 15 minutes walking down by the Savska Street.
The apartment has 3 stars and offers an accommodation for max 3 persons in completely furnished apartment. The flat includes: large corridor with the wardrobe, open plane living room with dining area and the small kitchen with basic equipments, small elegant bathroom, the bedroom and the balcony. In the bedroom can sleep 2 persons in the double bed, in the living room there is one extra foldable bed with real mattress for the third person.
We provide linens and towels for 3 persons.
The beautiful place and the cozy atmosphere for affordable price in the center of the city makes this apartment perfect accommodation for the visitors who are coming either for business, conference, sightseeing, exhibitions and fairs, concerts and cultural events, for a visit to a relatives or just for pleasure.

Neighborhood
DA Svet Vrbik is well located in the business center of the town but in the quiet and safe residential area in the peaceful street. It is on a walking distance from the Old Lower Town and main tourist attractions, but if you prefer there are nearby numerous tram lines which will help you to move around the city. At the crossroad of Vukovarska Street and Savska Street, which is only 5 minutes away from our apartment there are trams number 4, 14, 17, 13, 3 and 5 that connect you with all parts of the city.
From this intersection there are only 3 tram stops to the National Theatre of Croatia in the Old Lower Town. If you go walking, you need just 10 to 15 minutes and you are in the heart of the Old Lower Town of Zagreb.
In the neighborhood there are many office buildings, embassies and consulates, faculties, shops, bars and restaurants, and several night clubs which makes this location attractive for young people, students and tourists, but also for business people.
If you are coming by car consider that there is a public garage near – 15 min walking distance. In the front of the building there are parking places, cost – 6 hrk per hour, but behind the building there are still free parking places on the street.

Reservation deposit and security deposit
We consider reservation valid after you payment of reservation deposit. The amount of reservation deposit depends on how long is your stay. After you decide for dates of your stay we will send you an amount and our bank account to transfer us reservation deposit.
Payment of the rest of the price – in cash at the apartment on the day of check in.
For staying 30 or more days we are asking security deposit - 500 euro – which we will give back to you after checking of the apartment on the day of check out. For staying 1 year we are asking deposit of 1200 euro.
Cancellation policy
10 days and more before arrival date - we will refund total reservation deposit with deduction of bank's fee.
10 - 3 days before arrival date - we will keep 30% of your reservation deposit - minimum 1 day price, rest we will refund to you with deduction of bank's fee.
3 - 0 days before arrival - we will keep the reservation deposit.
