In a small, island village Kras there is this beautiful, rustic holiday home.This attractive villa, built in 2014, is located in approx 5-10 km fom Dobrinj,Vrbnik,Krk,Malinska and theirs lovely beachs built in a combination of modern materials and stones, offering to its guests a specific atmospheare.The Villa Adria is located on its own, 1900 m2 well maintained own ground with pool, spacious terrace with garden furniture, fireplace for barbecuing and a private parking for four cars. It consists of three vertical units with separate outside entrances at the back. Each ground floor has a spacious living area with kitchen and dining area, while the upper floor Dormitory. The interiors are tastefully furnished. Enjoy your visit on a common terrace with barbecue area, while the kids play on the large, fully fenced plot with playground. Approx. 150 m access road to the property are unpaved. Explore the rich history and cultural heritage of the island and swim in the beautiful beaches.
