- iz pravca Trsta (A9) ili Rijeke (A8) voziti prema Puli
- na izlazu "Pula zapad" skrenuti desno s A9
- nakon 700 m na raskrižju skrenuti lijevo za Pulu i nastaviti vožnju po Vodnjanskoj cesti
- nakon 4 km kod benzinske crpke INA, na raskrižju skrenuti desno prema Štinjanu, Fažani, Valbandonu i nastaviti vožnju po Fažanskoj cesti
- nakon 1 km skrenuti lijevo na prvom ulazu u Štinjan i nastaviti vožnju po Štinjanskoj cesti
- voziti do centra Štinjana, skrenuti desno prema Fažani i nastaviti vožnju po ulici Baližerka
- na prvom raskrižju skrenuti lijevo u ulicu Puntižela, nastaviti vožnju prema moru
- na četvrtom raskrižju skrenuti desno i stižete na cilj; treći objekt s desna su Apartmani Nautilus, ulica Puntižela 76

Neighborhood

Štinjan is a quiet tourist place near Pula and opposite to the Brijuni National Park, far away from the city noise and heavy traffic. The first houses, where are also our apartments are approximately 350 meters from the sea. The largest and most beautiful beach is sandy, peblly and rocky with very good aproach to the sea for the children. The place has all the facilities required for tourists: more grocery stores, restaurants, coffee bars, tennis club, diving club, sailing, cycling, church.
Pula is the largest town of Istria, is famous for its ancient buildings, (popularly known as the Arena amphitheater, Triumphal Arch, the Temple of Augustus). The international film festival take a place there every year (Arena), such as many other cultural events. There is a excellent gastronomic offer (truffles, excellent wine, olive oil, etc.)
Brijuni National Park is rich in residential villas, vegetation, various animal species (Ethno Park, Safari Park).
