Villa has an area of 170 m² divided into two floors, and the garden has an additional 450 m² which is separate parking.
Villa Cala consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1 toilet. All rooms are located on the first floor.
The ground floor consists of a large lobby, a toilet, a spacious living room with fireplace and a modern kitchen with dining area. All the bedrooms, including the entrance hall and living room equipped with air conditioning which is enabled and heating and cooling. In the house is also available free wi-fi.
The house has a large terrace with a table for six, and a superb lawn on which lies the swimming pool (7x4) with built-in night lights. On the lawn there is barbecue frame of a famous Istrian stone which follows the tradition of the former building of this region, and behind the pool is authentic Istrian houses, known as "souvenirs" that serves as storage for tools, but also as a repository for the filtration device pools.
Shops, restaurants, post office, bank and other shops are located in the center of Žminj, about 2 km from the house.

Žminj is a small town located in the center of the Istrian peninsula in the coupling position a few larger Istrian towns: Pula, Rovinj, Porec, Pazin and Labin. From the town out of the road in all directions, creating the so-called. spider web that connects 103 villages Žminj. Roads not circumvent many fields and gardens, forests and pastures that is most interesting to visit on foot or by bike. Nature in Žminj is really beautiful.
