Boljunčica Villa is a family holiday house with large private pool and is located in a small town Katun Boljunski, on high ground at the foot of the mountain Učka which is a nature park. Enjoy the beautiful view of the Učka, the surrounding countryside with its forests, hills, valleys and green nature and the medieval town Boljun.

The house is situated in an oasis of nature near the river Boljunčica and the surrounding area is a habitat for many animals. It is an ideal place to escape the city crowds and hectic pace, and provides spontaneous enjoyment of nature. Would you like to ride, hike, or milk to keep sheep or cows, ride a bicycle, parachute sailing Učka, pick mushrooms and asparagus, wild strawberries, beautiful cyclamen, or simply enjoy the lounges by the pool and sunbathe while listening to birds singing, this house is the ideal place for you. The house consists of two apartments, one on the first floor and one on the ground and is therefore ideal for two families wishing to spend a holiday together. Units are connected by external stairs.
