Manjadvorci is a small village located in a wooded area approximately 20 km from Pula.For the fact that is located near the main road, the village is easily accessible to all major destinations in Istria.
The village is characterized by houses built in traditional Istrian stone and is surrounded by acres of dense forest, which can be visited thanks to hiking and biking trails.
In the village you can find one of the most important Ranch (RANČ Barba Tone) in Istria, which offers a wide selection of riding horses and other animals to see.
2 km from the village is located and adrenaline park, suitable for children and adults.
The see and the beautiful rocky beaches are located just 7 km from the village.
Speaking of the villa, it is located in the heart of the village, between the two courtyards of 2,000 square meters, which include:
parking for 3-4 cars;

The villa dates from the 18th century and the restoration of the same began in 2003.The solid wall of local stone was discovered in the interior and exterior of the house through a hole in the plaster, which generally covers the surfaces of the house.In the interior and exterior of the house are also used other local materials such as wrought iron, old tiles and bricks and wood of various kinds.
The house has gas central heating, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, gas stove and oven and adequate refrigerator.
