The two bedroom mobile home, for 4 persons, is located directly on the sea, in the bay of Druce, on the island of Pasman.The open-plan kitchen, living and dining room is equipped with a corner sofa, air conditioner and SAT TV. Flatrate WLan internet is available without further charges. In the kitchen there is a fridge (220l) with a freezer compartment (120l), a stovetop on gas with 4 burners, a coffe maker and a toaster. The two bedrooms are equipped with double beds. There are two bathrooms, the equipment of each includes a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. Bed linen and bathroom towels are included, fresh arrive once a week. Beach towels are not available.In the garden, there is a barbecue and an outside shower. The roofed terrace with sea view is furnished, while sunbeds are also available.Considering that the water is staying in the tank in hot weather, it is recommend to boil it before drinking, or to buy bottled drinking water. The water from the tank is fine as it is, for cooking and washing. Electricity is generated by solar power, 220 V.We recommend to the guests to bring their mobile phone, so that they could contact us in case of need. The sockets are fit for a standard plug, so the guests may recharge their mobile phones in the mobile home, with their own standard household recharger. There is a possibility to rent a motorboat (on request, and provided that the client owns an acknowledged boat driver's license). Boat berth is available without further charges in front of the property.This waterfront mobile home is approachable by car, on the road which is paved with concrete (all but one part which is 300m long).The island of Pasman is very close to the mainland - only 15min with the ferry. This island is a great destination for all water sports lovers. Additionally, there are walking, cycling and trekking trails on the island, starting from this house, along which various kinds of Mediterranean healing and aromatic herbs can be found - perfect for all nature enthusiasts.Ferry tickets are not included in the price. Minimum stay is 7 days, from Sunday till Sunday. The mobile home is bookable from the early spring to the late autumn. Kindly note that pets are not permitted.Guests are advised to check in during the morning till early afternoon at our agency, because the arrival to the accommodation may be inconvenient at night, and even impossible after the last ferry sailed out. After the check-in in our agency, guests travel to the island. Registration fee is 1,50 EUR per person.
