Novak Apartments are located in a private family home in the elite area of Dubrovnik called Ploce. The house is 10 min walk from the Old Town of Dubrovnik, and 5 min from the beautiful town beach "Banja". The apartments are located on the 2nd the floor. Both apartments have a view of the sea and the old town of Dubrovnik. Apartment 2, located on the 2nd floor with 2 bedrooms. Small kitchen (2 hot plates, refrigerator, sink), living room, bathroom with shower and terrace. Apartment 3 +1, which is located on the top floor is a 3 bed apartment (1 double bed and single bed). It has a small kitchen, bathroom with shower, private terrace. Free parking on the street. All apartments are air conditioned. Rooms have twin beds which can not be separated. The shop is 20 m away from home, so you can buy everything you need for cooking. In our neighborhood there is a high-class hotel, "Excelsior", "Argentina" and "Villa Dubrovnik", surrounded by beautiful gardens, protected from any noise. Included free of charge: - towels and bedding - all taxes included in price - the price includes all utility costs (water / electricity), bed linen, towels and final cleaning.
