The apartment has an unobstructed panoramic view. The apartment is quiet inside and on the balcony. There is natural light that fills the apartment all day long.
This apartment is located on the 3th floor of a charming new building, with private parking place in the garage.
Living room has wood floors, cosy furniture, an air condition, a flat screen TV, a queen size sofabed, window and exit to balcony overlooking the courtyard and a dining table with 4 chairs. The apartment gets a beautiful spacious balcony, equipped with table and 4 chairs, where you can enjoy sunny afternoons.
The bedroom has wood floors too, a queen size bed, a closetm a window facing the courtyard and exit to loggia overlooking the parking area. The bathroom has a large shower, a sink with mirror, a toilet, a washing machine, a hairdryer and a closet available for the tenant.
The tiled open kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, a dishwasher, a stove, an oven and all the cookware necessary.
Neighbourhood - You'll find absolutely everything in this area: restaurants, boutiques, grocery stores, supermarkets, parks, drugstores, bakeries, gas station etc. Apartmant has an easy access to bus, train and tram stations!

Direction from airport Pleso - Arriving by plane: Zagreb airport is located in Velika Gorica, a town about twenty kilometres from Zagreb. The bus to Zagreb leaves every half hour, and the price is around 35 Kuna, which is approximately 5 Euros. If you don't want to travel by bus to Zagreb, we can pick you up. The price is 150 Croatian Kunas (20 Euros).
