On the groundfloor is the kitchen, dining room, bathroom with toilet, a toilet and two bedrooms. The top floor has two bedrooms, one with 4 beds and another with 6 beds. House capacity is 16 beds.
Spend your vacation in the newly renovated Lika house built with traditional materials, stone and wood. It was restored with special care, to reflect the simplicity and heritage of Lika County and to provide comfortable accommodation.
The house overlooks the majestic Velebit, Croatia mythical mountain which attracts nature lovers and active holidays and all those who are looking for peace and tranquility in beautiful surroundings.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen, dining room, bathroom with toilet, another small bathroom and two bedrooms. One with a double bed that can be separated, and another bed and the second room with three beds. The whole house is heated with a large wood burning stove in the living room, and the rooms are heated up with extra radiators.
On the upper floor, in the attic which is accessed by a massive wooden staircase are two bedrooms, one with 4 beds with sun-drenched view of Velebit and Visocica, and another larger room with 6 beds, facing west and the sunset. Attic is fully lined with wood, and the beds are made of solid wood.
The total capacity of the house is 16 beds.
If you want to party, we can offer you a stone tavern which is located next to house, furnished with deck area for grilling, etc.
It is also suitable for guests who come to our center on activities (small businesses to team building programs, the company on stag and hen parties or similar), for families who wish to spend an active weekend (or longer stays) in Lika, or combine swimming over the summer in the sea, and accommodation in Lika fresh climate. Then in the winter for families or companies that want to enjoy the snow activities, etc.
