Villa Adrian has three nice apartments, which are located in Borik (pine-wood), a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood of Rovinj.
Description
The first apartment, Ap."0"(groundfloor in the front part of the building), and the second one, Ap."3"(2.floor,in the rear part of the building), are both suitable for 2+2* persons. They measure 45m² and 48m².
Both are air-conditioned and furnished in a nice way. Each apartment consists of one bedroom with a double bed, one bathroom with shower, a living-room with an extendible couch and a fully-fitted kitchen. The living-room is provided with a satellite-TV.
Each apartment has its own terrace, which is provided with garden furniture.
In front of the house there is one parking place for each apartment.
*2adults + 2little children or 3adults.

Directions
Take the direction for Pula, and then the exit Rovinj/Kanfanar. At the end of the road turn left in direction Rovinj and than continue for about 15km, until you get to a roundabout (with an olive tree in the middle); here turn right in direction of Amarin. After some hundreds of meters on your right you will pass the driving and camping Porton Biondi; after it, at the first crossing turn left and continue in direction of Amarin.
After the supermarket on your left, turn the first street left, named Miroslav Krleza. The second street left is Lodovico Brunetti, where Villa Adrian is situated at house number 13.
