Slunj

City of Slunj is situated on the state highway Zagreb-Karlovac-Slunj-Plitvice lakes-Zadar-Split.You will get to Rastoke and Slunj if you go from Karlovac to Plitvice lakes, but you must be careful because if you take Zagreb-Split highway you will miss destination which undoubtedly must visit. If you go from Zagreb, you must take off from highway in Karlovac and follow the signs toward to Plitvice lakes. Slunj is distant from Zagreb 100 km, and from Karlovac 50 km. Rakovica

Rakovica is a village in south-central Croatia, in the region of Kordun south of Karlovac and Slunj, and north of the Plitvice Lakes.
