Beautiful old stone house, situated in the center of Orebić, (peninsula " Pelješac ") city well
known for many generations of maritime captains.
The house is situated in a quiet location, second row to the beach. It is more than 200 years old and it is protected historic "heritage". All the house is built from stone and it is surrounded with wall of stone. In the front of the house there is a pool with deck chairs and beach umbrellas. The house have three floors, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, at the mansard there is a studio - apartment, large and well eqppied kitchen, dinning room, two living rooms. Outside is barbecue and laundry.
Free parking place is avaible.
