Holiday house with whirlpool for 6 people in the yard.
Ideal for families with children. In a quiet position, close to the sea and the city.
House is situated in very quiet location near the wood, just 3 km from center of Pula and 2 km from the beach (both few minutes by car or bike). It has 800 m2 of yard which is fenced. In the yard children can enjoy 3 m wide trampoline. House is completely new, new equipped and modern decorated. Your days will begin with the chirping of birds and ends relaxing in whirlpool for six people with stereo, with a view of the starry sky. House has three bedrooms, two bathroom, living room, large equipped kitchen, dining room and large terrace. Two bedrooms have double bed and the third has bunk bed. Both bathrooms have shower and in large bathroom are also tub, bidet and washing machine. Kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster and all other necessary things. In living room is comfortable sofa from which you can enjoy in smart tv, hifi or wireless internet. Complete house is covered with a cooling devices that will make your stay enjoyable. In terrace is table with six chairs, and in backyard are barbecue, shower and whirlpool. The price includes 4 bikes and table football on the terrace. If you want spend your holiday with family, relaxing or being active, our villa is ideal for you :)

When the highway finish (istarski "y"), go on first exit for Pula. You will come to 2 small rotors. On both of them you go straight.
Then you will come on giant rotor - go on forth exit (there is sign for Medulin, Premantura, Verudela,...). Then you drive straight on next 3 rotors, and on fourth rotor go on third exit (sign Premantura).
When you exit the rotor, on first crossroad turn right (it's cca 100 m from rotor). Drive on that road cca 1 km. On your right side, you'll see the sign for bus stop (it's not regulated, it's macadam).
After that bus stop, along the main road, on your right side is wall made of stones (without binders). When this wall finish, on your left side is white macadam road.
Turn on that road, drive cca 200 m, and you'll see our yellow house J Welcome!
