Description
Farmhouse oleandar is equipped with new and antique furniture, and a unique blend of modern and traditional ways of life. It consists of two residential units (apartments), each with a separate entrance. In both apartments on the ground floor is the living room with a kitchen, bathroom and hallway. In the hall there are stairs leading to the upper floor, where there is a bathroom with shower and bedrooms from which is a spectacular view of the mountain and park Učka on one side, and the sea, the island of Cres and the Velebit mountain from the other side. Also, in the house there is a summer kitchen where adults can relax, make barbecue or sipping some of a local Istrian wines, while the children can freely swim in the pool or play in the garden.
A special charm of the house gives a beautiful garden that extends to 1500 m2 ideal for children or pets. In the garden there are olive trees, kažun (one of the symbols of Istria), a summer kitchen, pool, and a covered parking .

Directions: It would be best that you go to Pula and then take the road to Labin. If you have come in place Marcana, go right, go straight for about 200 meters and then turn right again in the direction of Duga uvala and Kavran.
Neighborhood

Kavran is a small romantic place, which is 10 km from Marcana and 25 km from Pula. He is identified with the wonderful view of the Kvarner channel as Ucka on the north and south on Cres. Kavran is the ideal place for a quiet holiday, offering unspoiled nature, clean air and a pleasant Mediterranean climate, which is characterized by mild winters and warm summers.It is a real experience, even in the warm sea to swim to the end of September.
Make sure to visit Pula, the largest city in Istria. Pula is rich in cultural monuments of Roman architecture: the amphitheater, the Arch of Sergijevac from the 1st Century BC, the Herkulas door and the double doors of the temple of August, the small Roman theater in the city center, the starting point Forum ..... In addition to the cultural monuments Pula is known also for its numerous small islands and bays, crystal clear sea and beautiful beaches.
